Dad's 1939 Scout Warrant
Below: The Scout Warrant issued to Dad on 25th January 1939, appointing him as Assistant
District Commissioner for Rover Scouts for the Handsworth Division of Birmingham. It is signed by the Chief Scout, Lord Robert Baden-Powell. It also contains a handwritten
note dated 5th December 1951, accepting Dad's resignation. The note is written and
signed by Lord Rowallan, who was Chief Scout in the 1950s.
