Today's pictures were taken near Taff's Well, within two miles of the
northern outskirts of the city of Cardiff.
Above: Looking eastwards across the valley towards Castell Coch.
Above: Looking northwards, up the valley of the River Taff.
Above: Gwaelod-y-Garth Hotel The scene above, and those below were taken in Gwaelod-y-Garth, one of the tiny hamlets on the east-facing slopes of Taff Vale.
Left: The spring flowers give this
scene a Mediterranean look.
