Welsh Buildings
Breconshire, Carmarthenshire, Monmouthshire, and Pembrokeshire
Photography by John Ball - Jan/Feb 1998 (with Agfa ePhoto307 digital camera)
Wales possesses a vast range of different sizes and styles of buildings.
These pictures illustrate just a few examples.
Above: An imposing private residence, Builth Wells, Breconshire.

Above: An 18th century chapel (left) in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, and a launderette (right) in Builth Wells, Breconshire.
Above: Two old cottages, now a restaurant, St David's, Pembrokeshire.
Above: "Sea View", Laugharne, Carmarthenshire. This large private house, once the home of Dylan Thomas, is badly in need of attention. [Sea View was sold by auction in July 2007 - see report on BBC Website. It is now (2011) the Sea View restaurant.]

Above: An antique shop (left) in Ystradgynlais, Breconshire, and the 19th century Craig-y-nos Castle (right) near Pen-y-Cae, Breconshire.
