After leaving the Quai de Montebello, I walked a few hundred yards into the narrow streets of part of the Quartier Latin known as "Little Athens" because of its large concentration of Greek cafés and restaurants.

By now it was lunchtime, so I enjoyed a snack and some people-watching at this café (below) on the corner of Rue de la Huchette and Rue de la Harpe. |
